Zucchini Squares

3 cups thinly sliced unpared zucchini (3-4 small)
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
Dash of pepper and 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces about 1x2-inches.
Can be served hot or cold.
