Recipe: Weight Watchers Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

WEIGHT WATCHERS CHICKEN

2 cups powdered milk
4 tbsp. chicken bouillon
3 tbsp. dry mustard

Put the above in a blender to form a powder.

Roll chicken in the powder.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
