It sounds like you don't have time to whip up a gourmet feast with your new found treasure. Store them under refrigeration , keep air circulating around them and don't wash them until your ready to use them. Use a very little bit of water to clean them though not to water log them and make them soggy. Depending how clean they are you can sometimes just brush them clean. If you keep them to long they will start to mold and turn mushy. Stored in a refridgerator properly they can last sometimes more than 10 days or longer with the right humidity control. If you think your not going to eat them and they are going bad cook them in olive oil and refridgerate them and you can save them for another few days. Don't eat them raw.

Some simple ideas on how you can use them just saute them in whole butter solids with herbs salt and pepper or even saute them and add them to scrambled eggs or an omellet. Or if you want they pickle very well and it is simple to do. Keep it simple you will enjoy them any how.
