ISO: What to do with a bag of freshly picked chantrelles

Misc.
I have just been given a bag of chantrelles that were picked about 4 days ago. I cannot use them right away but don't want to lose them. What should I do? I have been reading about freezing. Some say blanch, some say heat in oil in fry pan and others say in a dry fry pan. One said they turn into a blue goo if frozen. HELP!I want the quick and easy way that won't ruin them! Thanks. :-)
