Recipe(tried): Whipped Ricotta (instead of whipped cream)

Toppings - Assorted
Hi! Glad you enjoyed that other recipe! Here's the Whipped Ricotta
Topping:
Two tbls. of this topping adds 3 grams of protein to
anything you eat it with-a big improvement over whipped
cream which is all fat. "Whipped Ricotta Topping":
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
Using a electric mixer, a blender, or food processor,
beat all ingredients together until fluffy.
Makes about 1/2 cup or 4 servings, 3 grams protein per
serving.Can Be Frozen also.

Honey Ricotta Topping
Follow preceding recipe, replacing powdered sugar
with 2 to 5 tbls. of honey. Add 1/2 tsp grated
lemon peel, if desired. If topping is too runny
beat in a little non-instant nonfat dry milk.

There ya go! Enjoy..Patty
