Recipe: Whiskey Pecan Pie - Here's another Pecan Pie made with Molasses, Jan

1 1/2 cups unsulphured blackstrap molasses
4 large eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey 2 tablespoons Bourbon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 pie crust, prepared, 9- to 10-inch
Combine all filling ingredients except pecans; beat well. Stir in pecans, pour into pie crust.
Bake 40 to 45-minutes at 350 degrees F.
