Recipe(tried): White Chocolate Mints

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
Try White Chocolate Mints for your sons wedding. I have made mints for many weddings and these are always a hit. By using wiltons white chocolate you can color coordinate to the color scheme.

Melt 1 pkg. white chocolate
Add 1/2 teaspoon mint flavoring
Add cream coloring not liquid coloring

Can be placed in molds from wilton (wal mart or any place that sells molds)

Place in freezer for about 5 minutes - gloss look will be gone.

Put in a rubbermaid or container with lid, lined with wax paper. Can be stored in cool place for at least 3 weeks.
