Recipe(tried): White Christmas

At this time of year we prepare white christmas - very rich and sweet. In my recipe book it is classed as a biscuit, but is almost confectionary.

White Christmas

2 cups rice bubbles
1 cup mixed fruit
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup powdered milk
250 g copha
vanilla

1. Mix dry ingred together.
2. Melt copha, add vanilla and pour over mixture
3. Mix well together
4. Press into a greased flat tin
5. Set in fridge and cut into squares or fingers
6. Store in refrigerator
