WILD RICE SOUP

1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potatoes
water
1 quart milk (4 cups)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
10 slices bacon, fried, do not drain
1 cup wild rice, cooked according package directions


1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup American cheese, cubed

Cover veggies with enough water to cover them and simmer until soft.

Add milk, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, cooked bacon with drippings, and cooked wild rice to the veggies in the pan. Heat thoroughly.

Add Velveeta and American cheese and heat until the cheese melts.
