Makes one sandwich
The mainstream turkey sandwich is transformed with features like 96% fat-free oven roasted turkey, Brie, roasted red peppers and grain mustard atop herb bread.
2 slices herb bread
1 tablespoon grain mustard
2 to 3 slices red ripe tomato
4 ounces 96% fat free oven roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
2 pieces roasted red peppers, well drained and peeled
1 ounce brie cheese, sliced thin
1 medium leaf romaine, washed, drained and chilled
Spread grain mustard on one side of both bread slices.
Build sandwich in order of ingredients listed, topping sandwich with the second bread slice. With a serrated knife, slice on the diagonal.
