Hi Florence, I have a recipe called Wolfermans hot water choc. cake the hot water is a cup of hot strong coffee. Her is the recipe.
Wolfermans Hot Water Choc. Cake
3/4 cup shortening
1-3/4cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup hot strong hot coffee
Cream shortening together add sugar and eggs and mix well. Sift dry ingredients together add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients, add vanilla and hot coffee. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. I hope this is what you need
