ISO: 7 Up Ham Recipe

I am looking for an old recipe that I have lost! I remember pouring a liter of 7 Up over a boneless hem, tossing in a few cloves and roasting it on low heat for several hours. After several hours you shred the ham with forks. Anybody have that recipe or something similar? Thanks!
