ISO: A Simple Peach Recipe?

Hi everyone this is Tina! I am looking for a very simple delicious recipe that has to do with or is made with Peaches! My son has to do a project with peaches...make recipe cards and make the dessert so the class can sample. They are studying the Southeast Region of the United States! Peach Pie would be simple, but with 24 students plus teachers I am not for sure how many I would need. I also thought that something different would be a lot of fun.
