Recipe: Peach Cobler

Desserts - Fruit
Tina - back on December 10, 2001, a recipe was posted by Kym, MS, for an extremely easy peach cobler.

It's somewhat incomplete, because it doesn't mention cooking time, size of the pan, or size of the can of peaches used - plus, there's an ingredient listed for which there are no instructions to use. But here it is - maybe you can be creative and figure it out.

It wouldn't take much time or effort, and you could make several batches, and there would be enough for everyone to have a small portion spooned into a small styrofoam dish.

Peach Cobler

1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 can peaches, undrained (doesn't say what size can - but I bet it's a big can)
Add milk to taste (?? there are no instructions on what to do with this ingredient)

Pour peaches with juice into a greased pan (Size?). Mix sugar, flour and butter together and pour over the top. Cinnamon can be sprinkled over the top before baking. (There is no temperature here) Bake until top is golden brown - it probably would be your standard 350 oven, and since the peaches are already cooked, it would just be until the top is browned some.

Hope this helps - if not this recipe for cobler, there are others.
