ISO: about corn flour

I do have a Q...

The corn flour you mentioned is not the corn starch (USA)/corn flur (OZ), is it??? What does it look like? If not available, can the regular corn starch be uself? But I doubt it will make a corn muffin??? Thanks for help. Perhaps I shall drop in your board for a detailed discussion later.
