I think that in US corn flour is a flour. But here in Australia the "corn flour" is what you call "corn starch" in USA. The names "corn flour" and "corn starch" are both used in Australia. (I lived in US for a good 5 years so I know the 2 names mean the same thing... ^_^) I think the corn flour you mentioned can only be found in the health food section/store and it's not for the usual thickening purpose. I believe I know what you meant now. Thanks a lot for clarifying it. It is confusing sometimes when it comes to the "names" for ingredients!!!
