ISO: Almond cookies

Actually, the recipe is mostly sugar and ground almonds. Then it's piped out to look like a spiral about 1+ inch around and a whole almond is set in the top.

They are baked but remain very chewy on the inside with a light crunchy exterior and are a nice golden brown.
