ISO: anyone have a recipe for kraut struedel

Misc.
My mother who has passed on use to make us all types of struedel, including cabbage, apple, cottage cheese, cherry, potato etc. She would knead dough and stretch it out over the entire table and sprinkle different fillings onto it and then roll both sides to come together, baste with lard and bake in the oven. Does anyone know what I am referring to? I've tried making it several times, but I can't get the correct consistency for the dough to stretch properly. Help anyone?
