ISO: Appetizer using dates, water chestnuts, bacon and teriyaki sauce

I am looking for an appetizer recipe with the following ingredients: dates, water chestnuts, cheese, bacon and teriyaki sauce. If I'm not mistaken my daughter got it out of one of the issues of the kraft food and family magazine, I did go on the website and was not able to find it there, if anyone as any ideas it would be very much appreciated.
