ISO: Applebee's Blue Ribbon (not blondie) Brownie

I've searched high and low for the fudge brownie recipe from Applebee's. So far I've only found the blondie recipe which is often labeled the Blue Ribbon Brownie only adding to the confusion of finding the the fudge brownie and not the blondie. I'm moving back to Hawaii where there are no Applebee's and my husband will miss it. I thought it'd be a nice surprise if I could make something similar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
