ISO: Baked Ham (canned) in Pastry

I am looking for a receipe for canned ham wrapped and baked in pastry. Before being wrapped in the pastry there was a topping of mushroom, onions etc. I made it several times in the late 70's, but now have lost the recipe. The recipe was from one of the ladies magazines I believe.
