ISO: Baking cakes in a CAN

I recently saw a neat cookbook for how to bake cakes in a CAN (i.e. coffee cans, soup cans, etc.) You apparently clean out the cans and bake a cake RIGHT in the can. I didn't buy the cookbook and now I wish I had. I have a daycare and would like my daycare kids to make some for their mothers. PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much!
