ISO: Batter bread topped with onions and paprika

I am looking for a batter bread recipe that was topped with onions and paprika before it was baked. It may have been on the back of a Flesichmann's yeast packet from the 80's. It was easy to makes and scrumptious, but I have lost the recipe. Can any one help me, please?
