ISO: Betty Crocker Dat Bar Mix

Has anyone found a recipe that matches, or even comes close to the Betty Crocker Date bars? I've been mourning them for years. I thought once they were gone in Michigan, they were just gone... Now I realize I've missed several years where I could have found them on the internet and I'm depressed all over again... They were a childhood favorite. I find myself craving them in my 40's... wanting to share them with my 3 year old. It was the best dessert of all time! My mom and I just loved them... Is there anyone who can share info on a good substitute out there? -Sue
