ISO: Blue Diamond Cocoa Almonds

I love BlueDiamond Cocoa Almonds, and they really help me maintain a low carb vegi diet. However, I feel they are expensive, and also I prefer to make my own anyway. Anybody tried this? I thought I'd ask before I started experimenting with expensive ingredients.
