ISO: bow tie cookies
Misc.My Aunt Dolly Ferrara Galladora made bow ties every year when she visited. They were fried and then sprinkled with honey. All I remember is that there were lots of eggs. The strips of dough were cut and then a small incision was made in the center. One end of the strip was pulled through to make the bow tie shape and then they went into the hot oil. If anyone has a bow tie recipe similar to this, I would be eternally grateful.
