ISO: Breakfast For ~300

Misc.
I need to figure out how much pancake batter, syrup, bacon, OJ, and coffee I will need to feed ~300 people. This is a community breakfast with mostly adults and teens. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
