ISO: Broccoli Cheese Pie from My Great Recipes (cards)

Hi, My name is Sheila Allen, I'm a tired Marine and livei n Jacksonville, NC. In the 1980's I was receiving recipes card in the mail called My Great Recipes, printed in Holland. One of my favorite recipes to cook for my family was Broccoli Cheese pie. I always needed quick and easy recipes because we lived about 30 miles from Camp Pendleton, Ca. When the Marine Corps sent me overseas to Okinawa< Japan for one year, my Broccolis Cheese Pie recipes card came up missing. I remember some of the ingredients which are ring macaroni, cheddar cheese, eggs and broccoli. I think milk is another ingredient. The ring macaroni and I think the egg white are mixed together and then pressed along the bottom and sides of the baking dish like a crust. Please, if someone can help me I would really appreciate it and I hope Ihear from someone real soon so I can make it for Christmas.
Forgive me for typing so much. I tried it get the receipe from another website that information about the recipe cards, but no one has responed to my request
