ISO: bubba gumps hush pups & remoulade sauce

I am looking for the appetizer from Bubba Gumps resturant called Hushpups with a dipping sauce. I have figured out that the sauce is a remoulade sauce but I need the recipe for hush pups. I think they had mahi mahi in them or something like that. (That's what the waitress said from what I remember.) I really really really love this and I can't travel eight hours to order some more! I am even planning our summer vacation around where the closest Bubba Gump's is located!! I am addicted! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance,
