ISO: Bullfish Restaurant Shrimp and grits

We visited the Bullfish restaurant in Pigeon Forge TNN a couple months ago and I had their Shrimp & Grits...it was wonderful!!! Can someone help me find the recipe??? We only live about 2 hours away and it would be worth the trip to just go back t the Bullfish again...thanks in advance
