ISO: cake with ground oranges and raisins - Lost recipe

Misc.
Lost recipe

This recipe was in a United Church cooked book, lost in a house fire 35 years ago.

It had an orange and rasins that you put through a meat grinder (peal and all). The eggs were seperated and whites beaten, the whites were folded into the very heavy batter. It was baked in a 8x8 pan. The cake is heavy and very good hot or allowed to cool and ripen.
