ISO: can freshly made juice (veg or fruit or combo) be frozen for later use?
Misc. When a certain fruit or vegetable is in season and plentiful I juice every day or so. In the winter when less available, cost keeps me from juicing as often as I like.
Can the juices I make fresh (carrot/celery/apple/parsley) be frozen for later use? I am looking at 3 bushel bags of apples which will make excellent juice but our whole family can't use more than a couple of quarts each day.
Has anyone had any luck freezing freshly made juice and used it later on with success? Thanks a bunch!!
