BAKED PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING
cornbread stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery or fat free cream of celery soup
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
4 boneless prok chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery together. Spoon into prepared pie plate. Place pork chops onto of mixture.
Mix sugar and mustard together and spoon over chops.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until done.
