ISO: Canning Pinto Beans

I'm looking for a recipe to can pinto beans in a pressure cooker. I had a recipe from the city of Cortez, CO years ago and lost it. I do remember it includes one cup of beans, 1 tsp salt and filling the quart jar with water to the neck. However, I can't remember how long or at what pressure it should be cooked. Thanks for any assistance!
