ISO: cappucino gateau
Misc.I attempted to make a cappucino gateau, with the following ingredients; cream cheese, sugar, coffee liquor, brewed coffee, gelatin, whipping cream and cookie biscuits.
It was supposed to set, but, after a day in the refrigerator, the gateau still is a batter shape form.
What did I do wrong?
