ISO: Carmel Apple Granny??

To Joan D. of Virginia,

I too am looking for an Apple dessert which I have been told is caled Carmel Apple Granny. It is a spongelike base done in a springform pan with with a filling of Granny Smith apples topped with a carmel sauce. If I find it I will get it to you, if you find it would you please do the same for me? Thanks and good luck! Dena in Oregon.
