CRISP GREENS WITH YOGURT DRESSING
4 cups salad greens
1/3 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 cup sliced cucumber
FOR THE YOGURT DRESSING:
1/3 cup yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp seasoned s
Arrange 4 cups of any two of the following: chicory, iceberg lettuce, romaine, spinach, plus sliced radishes, sliced green onion and sliced cucumber in 6 individual salad bowls.
Combine yogurt with lemon juice and seasoned salt. Pour over, toss to coat the greens.
Servings: 6
