ISO: casa d'angelos salad and dressing

I am looking for a recipe for the salad that comes from Casa D'Angelo's restaurant in Fort Wayne. My sister had it at a party and loved it. She wants to start a diet and says she would stick to it if she could eat that every day. If anyone has it or can get it for me I would greatly appreciate it.
