ISO: Ceci Ripieni (Italian cookie)
Misc.Ceci Ripieni is an Italian old world cookie my mother used to make. Some of the ingrediants are:
1.Hand made pasta made w/eggs, wine, olive oil and of course flour.
2. The stuffing consists of mashed cooked chick peas, cocoa, sugar, roasted almonds (ground), peach preserves and "musto cotto" a by-product of the wine making process.
After the pasta is stuffed with the above ingredients it is fried.
I need help mostly in the portions from someone who has already made them.
