ISO: Cheddar's Queso - help with ingredients

I went to Cheddar's for the first time last week. I love chips and queso so much. That's what I ordered. I make this often at home for game parties but mine doesn't taste like Cheddar's. I use Mexican Velveeta, Rotel, and a little milk.Their chips were even good. I searched the Chip aisle trying to find a chip that looked comparable. I'm missing something. Please help. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Recipe help please
