Recipe: Peter Pan's Cloud Dessert (using pudding cups)

PETER PAN'S CLOUD DESSERT

1/2 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky
2 containers (4-ounces each) Swiss Miss fat free vanilla pudding
3 cups reduced fat nondairy whipped topping
chopped peanuts, optional

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and pudding; fold in whipped topping.

Divide evenly into dessert cups and garnish with peanuts. Refrigerate until chilled.

Servings: 8
