ISO: Chicken-on-a-stick

While in Memphis I went to the Conservation Bldg. to a Computer sale. While there I had a Chicken-on-a-stick from one of the concessions. it was chicken breast chunks, dill pickle, and onion, deep fried on a stick. It was so delicious I would like to make it at home. I need some sort of guidelines. Thank you, Ed.
