ISO: Chicken Parmesan

Misc.

I'm looking for a recipe for Chicken Parmesan (how is it spelled in Italian?
Parmegenia?) Recently had it in an Italian restaurant in Chicago. It was wonderful. I've seen many recipes with canned soups and I don't think it was made this way. Thanks for your help.
