Sybil/Hoboken re Chicken Parm.

Misc.

Hi Sybil, Thank you for the compliment! It means alot to me coming from you! Your ears should be ringing, as I am always sharing with my Italian side of the family and friends the great knowledge you have of Italian cooking and customs! My daughters boyfriend Anthony started Culinary School this week in NYC. He loves it, and knows so much already. I had told you previously, his entire family here in the Us and in Italy is or has been in the restaurant business. We had a great time in Jersey during the holidays discussing "cooking". There is so much more that he will be learning in school, such as hygiene for food and kitchens and nutrition. He is working part time for Lucient Tech. as a chef with a few other chefs cooking for four thousand (4,000) people daily! Not bad for 24 yrs old. At the completion of school he will have to do his internship at a restaurant in ny. School is for 14 months. He also speaks 4 dialects(sp) of Italian. I did not mean for this to be so lengthly (thats the Italian in me) as I firgot I was not on the chat page. Sorry fellow readers.
