ISO: Chicken with Banana Sauce

Can anyone help me out with this. I am looking for recipes which use fruits as sauces to accompany meats and poultry. It was mentioned to me that the name for this recipe maybe Chicken Marie-Louise or Chicken Maryland but I cant seem to locate these anywhere on the net.
