Recipe: Peanut Butter Drop Cookies (no bake, using oats and cocoa powder)

PEANUT BUTTER DROP COOKIES

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

Measure first 4 ingredients into medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring often. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add rolled oats and peanut butter. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. May be frozen.

Makes about 5 dozen
