ISO: Chip coating for chicken
Misc. Over the 4th a friend was remembering a baked chicken recipe my mom used
to make. I had forgotten it, but, now everyone wants it! Well, my mom is
gone now and 'I just don't know'.! Can anyone help?
She used chicken breasts and crushed potato chips as a coating.
I think that italian salad dressing was involved too.
I know it was simple / just baked in oven/ and good hot or cold.
Time????...sometime in the 60's, if that helps.
My friend said that she had tried to make it from her memory
and all the chips just slid off of the chicken. oooohhhhh.
Thank you in advance for our trip back in time.
