ISO: Choclate Chip cookies made with Bisquick

Hi - Would anybody have the choclate chip recipe made with Bisquick from the Betty Crocker Dinner for Two Cookbook from 1963 or so? I made them so many times the page fell out of the book and now my 40 year old son wants the recipe he grew up with. Thanks.
