Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies (using biscuit mix / Bisquick)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
An easy Bisquick chocolate chip cookie recipe

1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 1/3 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips, or 1 cup other chopped sweet or semisweet chocolate

Mix butter, sugar, and egg. Stir in Bisquick, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips or chunks. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.

Makes about 3 dozen chocolate chip cookies.
