ISO: chuck roast and saurkraut piergie

I grew up in Coalport, Pennsylvania not far from Ebensburg where I frequently visited my cousins. Our polish Mothers made pierogie using cooked (and then put through meat grinder) chuck roast and then mixed with sauerkraut and I am not sure of other ingredients. I would dearly love to have the beef and sauerkraut pierogie recipe. thank you
